TOYOTA IQ (NUJ1/NGJ1/KGJ1) 1.0 BÁSICO
El motor de arranque con referencia 2810040120 es un componente electromecanico que transforma la energia electrica de la bateria en movimiento mecanico para iniciar la combustion del motor termico. Este modelo incorpora un solenoide integrado que actua como interruptor y a la vez engrana el pinon de ataque con la corona del volante motor, transmitiendo el par necesario para el arranque.
Fallo tipico del solenoide y solucion
Cuando al girar la llave solo se escucha un clic seco sin que el motor gire, el problema suele estar en el solenoide o en los contactos electricos. La corrosion o el desgaste de las conexiones reducen la intensidad de corriente que llega al motor de arranque, impidiendo que genere el par suficiente. Se recomienda limpiar los contactos del borne de la bateria y los conectores del motor de arranque con un cepillo metalico antes de cualquier diagnostico.
Si la limpieza de contactos no resuelve el problema, la sustitucion del motor de arranque es la solucion mas fiable. La instalacion se realiza accediendo desde la parte inferior del motor, desconectando primero el borne negativo de la bateria y posteriormente los cables electricos. Tras extraer los tornillos de fijacion, se monta la nueva pieza reconectando todos los elementos y verificando el funcionamiento antes de finalizar el montaje.
