El nivel de refrigerante desciende rapidamente sin fuga visible o el motor alcanza temperaturas anomalas? La botella de expansion es una pieza fundamental del sistema de refrigeracion que mantiene la presion adecuada y evita la formacion de burbujas de aire. Un fallo en este componente puede provocar sobrecalentamientos graves y danos en la junta de culata.
Diagnostico y sustitucion
Los sintomas habituales de una botella de expansion defectuosa incluyen perdida de liquido refrigerante por las juntas, grietas en el deposito plastico o tapon que no mantiene la presion. Antes de sustituirla, es imprescindible verificar que el tapon de cierre funcione correctamente, ya que muchos problemas se resuelven solo con cambiar esta pieza economica.
Compatible con vehiculos que requieren la referencia 254311H200. La instalacion se realiza con el motor frio, vaciando parcialmente el sistema de refrigeracion y desconectando las mangueras de entrada y salida. Tras el montaje, es fundamental purgar el circuito correctamente para evitar bolsas de aire que provocarian sobrecalentamiento.
